Casual Patio Design Center, Inc. warranties repairs it has made for a period of one year and reserves the right to repair or replace the item at it's sole discretion.

Slings and Cushions:
We warranty Slings and Cushions  for one (1) year from date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. Items purchased from another vendor to complete your order may be covered by that manufacturers' warrant, in which case we will act as your agent to have the item repaired or replaced. 

Other Parts and Accessories:
Cushion fill, cushion fabric, coiled steel spring rocker mechanisms, glides, stainless steel or aluminum hardware, metal umbrellas and all umbrella bases are covered for one year from the date of purchase.  Umbrella frames and mechanisms are not covered for damage caused by wind or other storm damage.

What is NOT Covered:
Failure caused by unreasonable use and abuse.
Failure caused by neglect to provide reasonable and necessary care.
Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery
Acts of Nature
Glass table tops
Repairs made by anyone other than Casual Patio Design Center, Inc

Repair and Return Services:
The customer should inspect order at time of delivery and note any damages on the bill of lading or delivery ticket. No claim by purchaser shall be valid unless Casual Patio Design Center, Inc. receives notice, in writing, within ten (10) days of customer's receipt of the order.  A photograph of the damaged item may be requested.  Casual Patio Design Center, Inc. will not accept returned merchandise without issuing prior written approval. Service may be provided at the customer's site or at our facility in Clearwater, FL.  Casual Patio Design Center, Inc will be responsible for freight on warranty claims for a period of one year.
